                                                            🚔 Criminal Behaviour Orders Issued in Hillingdon

The Metropolitan Police is notifying local businesses, retailers and members of the public that Criminal Behaviour Orders (CBOs) have recently been granted against the following individuals as part of ongoing efforts to tackle retail crime, theft and associated antisocial behaviour. 

Mohammed Isa Isa KHAN (first male) has been made subject to a 5-year Criminal Behaviour Order from 24 August 2026. Conditions include prohibitions from entering any NEXT store within the M25, The Chimes Shopping Centre, Uxbridge, and Lombardy Retail Park, Hayes, as well as restrictions relating to possession of property belonging to others. 

Fahad ALI (Second male) has been made subject to a 5-year Criminal Behaviour Order from 27 August 2026. Conditions include prohibitions from entering any retail or commercial premises from which he has been formally banned, entering NEXT at Lombardy Retail Park, Hayes, possessing bank cards or identification belonging to others, and associating in public with a named individual.

Dale PENNINGTON (Third male) has been made subject to a 3-year Criminal Behaviour Order from 24 August 2026. Conditions include prohibitions from entering Lombardy Retail Park, Hayes, ASDA Millington Road, entering restricted staff areas of commercial premises, possessing retail goods without proof of purchase, and possessing sealed alcoholic beverages in public without proof of purchase.
